ShoeMile은 사용자의 개인정보 보호를 중요하게 생각합니다. 이 개인정보 처리방침은 ShoeMile 1.5.0에서 앱 기능을 제공하기 위해 처리하는 정보와 그 사용 방법을 설명합니다.

1. 개발자의 데이터 수집 여부

ShoeMile 개발자는 사용자의 데이터를 자체 외부 서버로 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. ShoeMile은 광고, 사용자 추적, 제3자 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않으며, 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

이 방침은 ShoeMile 앱의 데이터 처리에 관한 내용입니다. GitHub Pages에서 공개되는 이 웹페이지를 방문할 때 GitHub가 처리할 수 있는 웹 접속 정보는 GitHub의 정책에 따릅니다.

2. 앱에서 처리하는 정보

ShoeMile은 사용자가 앱에 입력하거나 선택한 정보를 앱 기능 제공을 위해 처리할 수 있습니다.

3. 저장 위치

앱 데이터는 사용자의 기기 또는 사용자의 Apple iCloud 계정에 저장될 수 있습니다. 앱 설정과 내부 상태는 기기의 앱 전용 설정 저장소에 저장될 수 있습니다.

ShoeMile 개발자는 이러한 앱 데이터를 자체 외부 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

4. Apple Health 데이터

ShoeMile은 사용자가 허용한 범위에서 Apple Health의 workout, heart rate, active energy, basal energy 데이터를 읽을 수 있습니다. Apple Health 연동은 읽기 전용입니다. ShoeMile은 Apple Health 데이터를 추가하거나 변경하지 않습니다.

Apple Health 데이터는 다음 앱 기능에만 사용됩니다.

ShoeMile은 Apple Health 데이터를 광고, 마케팅, 사용자 추적 또는 제3자 제공 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 사용자는 언제든지 Apple 건강 앱 또는 iPhone 설정에서 Health 권한을 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.

5. 카메라와 사진

카메라는 사용자가 신발 사진을 촬영할 때만 사용됩니다. 사진 선택 기능은 사용자가 선택한 사진을 신발 또는 공유 이미지에 사용할 때만 사용됩니다.

사진 추가 권한은 사용자가 명시적으로 요청한 공유 이미지를 사진 앱에 저장할 때만 사용됩니다. 사진 앱에 저장한 공유 이미지는 사용자가 사진 앱에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다.

6. 공유 기능

ShoeMile 자체에는 소셜 피드, 사용자 간 게시, 댓글, 좋아요, 메시지 기능이 없습니다. 사용자가 시스템 공유창을 통해 이미지나 내용을 내보낸 이후의 처리는 사용자가 선택한 외부 서비스의 정책에 따릅니다.

7. 데이터 삭제

사용자는 ShoeMile 설정의 모든 데이터 초기화 기능을 통해 ShoeMile 앱 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 앱에 저장된 신발 정보, 운동 기록, 설정 등 ShoeMile 앱 데이터를 초기화하기 위한 기능입니다.

앱에서 가져온 운동 기록을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 초기화해도 Apple Health에 저장된 원본 운동은 삭제되지 않습니다. Apple Health의 원본 데이터는 Apple 건강 앱 또는 iPhone 설정에서 관리해야 합니다.

사진 앱에 저장한 공유 이미지는 ShoeMile 앱 데이터 초기화로 삭제되지 않으며, 사용자가 사진 앱에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다. 사용자는 iPhone의 iCloud 설정에서 ShoeMile과 관련된 iCloud 데이터도 별도로 관리할 수 있습니다.

ShoeMile respects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information ShoeMile 1.5.0 processes to provide app features and how that information is used.

1. Data Collection by the Developer

The developer of ShoeMile does not collect or store user data on its own external servers. ShoeMile does not use advertising, user tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for advertising purposes.

This policy describes data processing by the ShoeMile app. When this webpage, hosted on GitHub Pages, is visited, web access information that GitHub may process is governed by GitHub's policies.

2. Information Processed in the App

ShoeMile may process information that the user enters or selects in the app to provide app features.

3. Storage Location

App data may be stored on the user's device or in the user's Apple iCloud account. App settings and internal state may be stored in the app's dedicated settings storage on the device.

The developer of ShoeMile does not store this app data on its own external servers.

4. Apple Health Data

ShoeMile may read workout, heart rate, active energy, and basal energy data from Apple Health within the scope authorized by the user. Apple Health integration is read-only. ShoeMile does not add or modify Apple Health data.

Apple Health data is used only for the following app features.

ShoeMile does not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, user tracking, or disclosure to third parties. Users can change or revoke Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iPhone Settings.

5. Camera and Photos

The camera is used only when the user takes a shoe photo. Photo selection is used only when the user chooses a photo for a shoe or sharing image.

Permission to add photos is used only when the user explicitly requests to save a sharing image to the Photos app. Sharing images saved to the Photos app must be deleted separately by the user in the Photos app.

6. Sharing Features

ShoeMile itself does not include a social feed, user-to-user posting, comments, likes, or messaging features. After the user exports an image or content through the system share sheet, handling is governed by the policies of the external service selected by the user.

7. Data Deletion

Users can delete ShoeMile app data through the Reset All Data feature in ShoeMile settings. This feature is intended to reset ShoeMile app data, including stored shoe information, workout records, and settings.

Deleting imported workout records in the app or resetting app data does not delete the original workouts stored in Apple Health. Original Apple Health data must be managed in the Apple Health app or iPhone Settings.

Sharing images saved to the Photos app are not deleted when ShoeMile app data is reset and must be deleted separately in the Photos app. Users can also manage iCloud data associated with ShoeMile through iCloud settings on their iPhone.
